Exchange and refund
You can request an exchange or refund for the items you don't want (unopened packaging) within 15 days after delivery. Please send us the items (return costs at your expense) by post (Colissimo suivi) to the return address below, attaching a copy of your delivery slip and specifying your wishes (exchange or refund.
If the amount of the new order is greater than the one exchanged, please pay the balance by bank transfer to IMMUNOCTEM®. Contact us by email info@immunoctem.fr, or telephone 01 44 70 01 28 / +33 1 44 70 01 28.
PLEASE NOTE : for hygiene reasons, any cover whose packaging has been opened will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Anti-dust mite mattress IMMUNOCTEM®
Upon receipt of the mattress, you, as a private individual, have a period of 15 days to return the mattress to us in its original packaging, unopened, in perfect resalable condition. The organization of the return of the mattress as well as the return costs are at your expense.
