IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite covers have a breathability certification issued by the German laboratory Hohenstein. This certification attests that the cover offers good air circulation for optimal comfort night after night.

IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite covers and mattresses are distinguished by the French Association for the Prevention of Allergies (AFPRAL), a French association committed to the prevention of allergies.

IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite covers and mattresses are made in France. The fabric is woven in the Vosges and then assembled in the north of France.

Design, weaving and manufacturing have been carried out in France for more than 20 years.

The IMMUNOCTEM® mattress cover is equipped with a YKK® zipper opening on both widths and a long side of the mattress. This opening on 3 sides makes it considerably easier to put on the cover, especially on large sizes. Many dust mite covers only have an opening on one or both sides, which makes their installation more restrictive.

IMMUNOCTEM® dust mite covers are made from a polycotton fabric (50% cotton/50% polyester) of approx. 160 g/m² with a breathable microporous polyurethane coating on the inside.

IMMUNOCTEM® has developed a unique anti-dust mite woven fabric without acaricidal chemical treatment that forms a natural protective barrier of remarkable effectiveness against dust mite allergens (quantity below the detection threshold), as demonstrated by the study carried out by J Barbara and F Leynadier, University Laboratory for Research in Immuno-Allergology, Allergology Center, Tenon Hospital (AP-HP), Paris.

Retention of dust mite allergens by a fabric used for the manufacture of integral mattress covers : the filtration efficiency of the IMMUNOCTEM® fabric was tested against a sample of cotton fitted sheets. With IMMUNOCTEM® fabric, dust mite allergens do not get through. The high comfort (breathability label of the Hohenstein Institute – Germany) and the high quality of manufacture (made in France) of the IMMUNOCTEM® covers allow for pleasant and stress-free daily use. IMMUNOCTEM® covers can therefore be used both in the prevention and treatment of dust mite allergy. The absence of any acaricidal chemical treatment ensures that the sleeper is extremely safe and effective over time.

To obtain optimal protection, IMMUNOCTEM® has created the IMMUNOCTEM® mattress which combines IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite protection without acaricide chemical treatment and the comfort of the best high-end mattresses in High Resilience HR foam : the comfort and tonicity of HR foam ensure incomparable support, great sleeping independence and optimal muscle relaxation (100 % high-end polyurethane High Resilience HR foam). with a high density of 40kg/m3 or 45kg/m3 depending on the comfort chosen).

The IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite mattress has been designed to offer optimal protection against dust mite allergens without chemical miticide treatment. The unique design of the mattress (absence of padding material, etc.) limits the development of dust mites. To reinforce the protective effect, the IMMUNOCTEM® mattress is completely surrounded by the IMMUNOCTEM® cover (fully removable and washable at 60°C / 170°F, closure on three sides).

The IMMUNOCTEM® mattress is fully labeled OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, CQ 852/1 by the French Institute of Textile and Clothing. It is also the first and only mattress to be distinguished by the AFPRAL (French Association for the Prevention of Allergies).
