We will send you an email the day after ordering the covers (excluding weekends) with the DHL EXPRESS or postal tracking number and your invoice attached.

As an example (as of March 23, 2023), if you order a special IMMUNOCTEM 2-person offer including a 160 x 200 x 23 cm mattress cover, a 240 x 260 cm duvet cover, and two 65 x 65 cm pillowcases, the price will be €333 including VAT for delivery in France. Once you have entered your delivery address in Switzerland, the price will be displayed as €326.50 excluding VAT (€277.50 excluding VAT + €49 excluding VAT for DHL EXPRESS shipping). Another example: if you order a 90 x 190 x 15 cm anti-dust mite mattress cover and a 65 x 65 cm anti-dust mite pillowcase, the price will be €155.33 excluding tax (€113.33 excluding tax + €42 excluding tax for DHL Express shipping) for delivery to Switzerland.
When you collect your package from DHL, Swiss Post, or the carrier, you will have to pay customs clearance fees and Swiss VAT.
As of April 12, 2019, and for informational purposes only, the following should be added for Swiss Post:
- Fixed customs clearance fees of approximately CHF 12 + 3% of the invoice amount
- Swiss VAT at the applicable rate.
You will have to pay these customs clearance fees and VAT directly to the Post Office, DHL, or the carrier to collect your package.
