IMMUNOCTEM will not organize the transport of the goods under any circumstances, the costs of transport and insurance for the return of the products are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. For IMMUNOCTEM mattresses, you must pay the direct costs of returning the item. These fees vary according to the place of departure and the size of the mattress, they are estimated at a maximum of about 160 Euros including tax, contact us to find out the return address in France. Any mattress sent to these addresses will be automatically refused, as will any return of mattresses with postage due or cash on delivery. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouses, we will exercise quantitative and quality control: - If the packaging has not been opened, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been dispatched, whichever is earlier. - If the packaging has been opened, no refund will be made, the customer then remaining the owner of the goods that they can collect, at their own expense, within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the product in our warehouses.
