We ship IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite covers to French Polynesia via DHL or Colissimo (tracked parcel) with prices in Euros excluding tax. Prices in Euros excluding tax will be displayed on www.immunoctem.fr after validation of the delivery address in French Polynesia. Shipping costs will be automatically added based on weight. Secure payment (credit card/Visa/Mastercard) via our bank, BNP Paribas.
We will send you an email the day after your order (excluding weekends) with the tracking number (DHL or Colissimo) and your invoice attached.
Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days between placing your order online (credit card payment) and receiving your package for DHL shipping, or approximately 10 to 30 business days for delivery by mail. These delivery times are estimates only. We recommend choosing DHL for faster delivery and customs clearance.

As an example (as of May 3, 2024), if you order a single anti-dust mite bedding set including a mattress cover, duvet cover, and pillowcase, the price will be €243 including VAT for delivery in mainland France. Once you have entered your delivery address in French Polynesia, the price will be displayed as €268.50 excluding VAT (€202.50 excluding VAT + €66 excluding VAT shipping if you choose DHL) or €272.50 excluding VAT (€202.50 excluding VAT + €70 excluding VAT shipping if you choose La Poste).
When you collect your package from DHL or La Poste in French Polynesia, you will have to pay various taxes (local import tax, VAT, customs duties, etc.).
