Your IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite mattress is not waterproof. For people suffering from incontinence, it will be advisable to add a waterproof mattress protector to your mattress. However, it will be advisable to wash this mattress protector frequently (every month at the highest possible temperature, ideally 60 degrees) in order to avoid the development of dust mites in the mattress protector.
