The majority of mattresses are sold with an "anti-mite" treatment, i.e. impregnated with a miticidal chemical of natural or synthetic origin that will kill the mites (acaricide). This treatment, which is often ephemeral, is not always trivial due to the potential toxicity of the products used (biocides). Moreover, it is not of much use... because dust mites, even dead, remain allergenic!
The IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite mattress is free of acaricidal chemical treatment. The absence of any padding material (wool, wadding,...) limits the development of dust mites. No glue is used in the manufacture of the mattress.
Very comfortable, the IMMUNOCTEM mattress is made of high-end 40 or 45 kg/m3 High Resilience HR foam. Hypoallergenic, without acaricide chemical treatment, 100% polyurethane, it is fully labeled OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, No certificate CQ 852/1 by the French Institute of Textile and Clothing (IFTH, Lyon) at the most demanding level (baby items).

The IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite mattress is available in two versions: balanced comfort and firm comfort.
The balanced comfort anti-dust mite mattress, top-of-the-range HR foam 40 kg/m3, is suitable in the vast majority of cases, and especially for people who are looking for a certain flexibility of reception with good support. It is available in 19 cm (ideal for children) or 23 cm for adults.
The anti-dust mite mattress firm comfort, top-of-the-range HR foam 45 kg/m3, is exclusively aimed at adults looking for a "tonic" welcome and who are used to sleeping on a fairly rigid mattress. It is only available in 23 cm thickness.
Tip: A rigid slatted bed base will increase the firmness of the balanced mattress and make the mattress extra firm. Conversely, a bed base with flexible slats will bring a little more flexibility to the firm mattress.

IMMUNOCTEM has developed an anti-mite mattress without any chemical acaricide treatment: 100% HR foam High resilience with high density: 40 kg/m3 for the anti-mite mattress, balanced comfort and 45 kg/m3 for the firm comfort anti-mite mattress. 100% Polyurethane foam. Strech ticking 100% Polyester 500 g/m2.
In order to limit the development of dust mites, the IMMUNOCTEM anti-mite mattress does not use any padding material (wadding, wool, etc.) that are usually found in the design of mattresses. The anti-mite mattress is finished with a high-end stretch fabric of 500 g/m2 (100% polyester). The anti-mite mattress is therefore composed almost exclusively of a block of high-end HR foam. No glue is used in the manufacture of the anti-mite mattress.
The IMMUNOCTEM anti-mite mattress has been subjected to various crushing resistance tests, in particular 30,000 round trips of a 140 kilo roll according to NF EN 1957 (see videos). The results obtained attest to exceptional resistance.
Finally, the mattress is equipped with the IMMUNOCTEM anti-mite mattress cover without acaricide chemical treatment.
IMMUNOCTEM anti-mite cover: approx. 160 g/m2 - Composition: 50% cotton - 50% polyester. Microporous polyurethane coating on mattress side. Canvas woven in the Vosges, made in France. Very durable, our fabric does not pill, does not slip or makes noise. Negligible shrinkage even after washing at 60 degrees. The IMMUNOCTEM covers are white.
The IMMUNOCTEM anti-mite mattress is fully labeled OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, Certificate No. CQ 852/1 by the French Institute of Textiles and Clothing (IFTH, Lyon), guarantee of excellent safety. All components (foam, fabric, sewing thread, etc.) used in the manufacture of the anti-mite mattress and the anti-mite covers are Class 1 certified, which is the most demanding level of quality applied in particular to baby items.

All our products are made in France. The IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite fabric is woven and finished in the Vosges and the manufacture of anti-dust mite covers and anti-dust mite mattresses is made in the north of France.

The IMMUNOCTEM anti-dust mite mattress is designed to be placed on a slatted base.
