HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PICK UP MY ORDER FOR IMMUNOCTEM COVERS?

For deliveries by Colissimo: if you are absent on the day the postman comes to drop off the package, a notice of passage will be left for you, and you will have to go to the Post Office to collect the package within the allotted time (generally 15 days). After this time, the package will be sent back to us. We also offer you the possibility of having your food delivered to a location other than your residence.

For deliveries to a local retailer's Pickup Point: you will be notified by email and/or SMS when the parcel is available at the Pickup Point. The parcel will be held at the retailer's for approximately ten days. In all cases, we recommend postponing your order if you will be away for more than a week.
