The vast majority of mattresses and bedding covers are sold with an "anti-mite" treatment, i.e. impregnated with an acaricidal chemical of natural or synthetic origin that will kill the mites (acaricide).
This anti-dust mite treatment, which is often ephemeral, is not always trivial due to the potential toxicity of the products used (biocides). Moreover, it is not of much use... because dust mites, even dead, remain allergenic!
With IMMUNOCTEM® dust mite covers, you take this approach: a textile barrier that blocks allergens, without the need for chemical acaricide treatment.

IMMUNOCTEM® anti-mite covers are fully certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Certificate No. CQ 852/1 by the French Textile and Apparel Institute (IFTH, Lyon), a guarantee of excellent safety. All components (fabric, sewing thread, label...) used in the covers are certified at the highest standard (baby articles).
Once the IMMUNOCTEM® anti-mite mattress cover is installed, simply replace your usual bedding (sheet, etc.).

Our fabric is woven in the Vosges, a textile region renowned for its expertise in technical fabrics and the unmatched feel of its woven textiles. All finishing is done in northern France: a wide fabric strip under the zipper and interior seams reinforced with bias tape enhance protection. Our fabric, approx. 160 g/m², ensures long-term satisfaction. It does not pill, does not slip, makes no noise, and shrinkage is negligible after washing at 60 degrees.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE OF YOUR COVERS?
IMMUNOCTEM® dust mite mattress covers are designed to match the exact size of your mattress. Since the shrinkage of our fabric after washing is very small, there is no need to choose a larger cover.
Thanks to its high-end closure (YKK) on 3 sides (two widths and one length), putting on the anti-dust mite mattress cover will be easy. For example, if your mattress measures 90 × 190 cm with a thickness of 15 cm, you should choose the IMMUNOCTEM® 90 anti-dust mite mattress cover × 190 x 15 cms reference 110.
IMMUNOCTEM® dust mite duvet and pillow covers are also designed to match the exact size of your duvet and pillow, there is no need to choose a larger cover. Thanks to their high-end closure (YKK) on 1 side, the installation will be easy.
On the other hand, we do not recommend IMMUNOCTEM® anti-dust mite pillow covers for special pillows (shape memory, ergonomic,...), which are often very thick and without a standardized size.
