We use the services of the LYRA group, a French company specialising in the processing of financial flows, which manages more than 10 billion payments per year worldwide. Lyra's payment platforms use the TLS protocol (encryption of all information related to the card) and are subject to numerous approvals (PCI DSS certification, CB Cartes Bancaires approval, Visa merchant agent, etc.).

We offer a variety of payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and bank transfers, depending on the delivery country. Bank details are encrypted as soon as they are entered. IMMUNOCTEM does not have access to its customers' card information.
